The Mission
Mo's Motivational Health club™ is dedicated to helping people live a naturally healthier and happier lifestyle by educating, empowering, and exciting people about maintaining a holistically healthy lifestyle.
Mo's 5 Step Challenge is a healthy lifestyle guide created by Monique "MoFit" Rose that includes 5-steps, meal plan, and exercises. The goal is to transform your physique and achieve optimal health without medication or supplements. Members will have access to personal training classes, online coaching, meal plan options, natural juice recipes, and much more.
About MoFit
MoFit grew passionate about improving her health after she gave birth to her son on January 2015. Prior to her pregnancy she fluctuated between 160 - 170 pounds. During her pregnancy, she gained 40 pounds and was horrified when she learned she was 205 pounds at her 6 week post part check up. At 23 years old, she knew the future of her health was not looking good. With a BMI of 31, which labeled her obese, she grew passionately committed to breaking the chain in her family by fighting the risk of diabetes. She also believed that mothers of all ages should balance their lives and focus on being fabulous.
Her determination fueled the mental strength it took for her to make lifestyle changes that enhanced her physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Adjusting to these changes is what she calls the #RehabStageToNaturalWeightloss.
She did research on nutrition and fitness to learn the ugly truth behind what she was doing to her body and needed to change. This ultimately changed her mentality on food, fitness and transformed her body. After 8 months, she lost 60 pounds without any products. It was a dream come true for her and an inspiration to everyone that knew her before her transformation.
In one year, she became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and developed this fitness club to motivate and inspire others who share the same challenges with losing weight. She aims to provide resources and information that will encourage men and women to transform their body by adjusting to a healthier lifestyle for a happier life!
