Identify someone that has the body goal you want and refer to the picture weekly. Envision the person as your private mentor and use their motivation, workout techniques, and ideas to fuel your journey!
But reassure that you and the person has a similar body type. Sometimes it is best to choose someone with the same ethnic or racial origin and/or age bracket. For example, if you're a middle aged Asian woman, it wouldn't be encouraging to epitomize or idolize an African America fitness woman. Likewise, if you're a middle aged African American woman, I wouldn't recommend trying to epitomize the body of an adolescent Brazilian or Caucasian woman. Makes sense? Great !
