Before you begin the 5 steps, create a "WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY" album in your phone. On day one take 2 photos:
You are guaranteed to lose 10-50 pounds following these 5 steps entirely without cheating! If you cheat start over! Each step must be continued the following week! For example, continue step 1 all the way through to step 5! Do not discontinue any step!
