What to expect:
Please Note: This will be a power packed day! In order to make the most of our time, we ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes early so that we may begin promptly at 1:30pm! We suggest eating a full course meal 1-2 hours prior to attending and carry plenty of water, a yoga mat, and positive attitude!
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is geared towards those 18 years and up. However, we understand that an interest in mind, body, soul wellness does not only begin at adulthood, so children 13-17 will be permitted entry with an adult.
What should I bring into the event?
We encourage you all to bring a yoga mat, plenty of water, small hand towel, notebook for notes/journaling and positive attitude.
What should I wear to this event?
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! No specific type of dancewear or activewear is required but please no jeans or boots during the workout/dance portions. We want you all to feel as loose and free in your movements as possible!
